Most certainly can - I have five of these boxes (P50-LS56) and they
work great on Ameritech leased 56. As long as you have the Group
set correctly and tell the unit that the line is Nailed, you should be
fine.

Now if I can get this P50-1UBRI to stop dialing and hanging up in
40 second cycles...
