We try to maintain 5:1, but have slipped into 6:1. We are seeing heavy
busies right now due to that slip. PM3 should be coming soon to alleviate
that. :-)

Ratios, by the way, are almost useless to go by. It will depend on the
services you offer (we offer unlimited for a fixed rate, for example;
others can get by with much higher ratios offering pay-as-you-go type of
services) and the people to whom you offer service (ie. ask around with
other providers to see what their user-to-modem ratio is, and see if you
can find out how often they fill the pool).
