'How often does one get error on a CT-1 trunk?' Only when the telco has
things messed up! I had the same problem (with the same telco). Have
your switch guys put a T-bird on both ends and a tech in the middle an d
do some testing. Make sure thgat your trunks are not going thru any test
equipment and that they come straight off the digital cross connect on the
switch. Once they did mine like this, I had no further problems and they
now run really great.
