The PM can support ISDN VOICE calls (aka Data over Voice) at 56K. It can not
accept 56K or 64K ISDN data calls. I think the CISCO can make the voice call.

It was how I did it with my ISP in Florida before coming to work here. I was
using an OR-U and OR-U-AP and not a CISCO though.
