(PM) Third try- Weird Info in connect message

One of my more adept users sent me his PPP logs for his 2 different modems,
both are USR externals, one works fine, and the other one does this...

Where is the <00> coming from?

Resend: I had three dots, one per line on where the --snip-- is.
Obviously the mailer read one of them as end of input and stopped
ading. -_SHRUG_- Well here is what it meant to say....
