How many "terminals" in each Library?

Yes, dont use a T/A. Use an ISDN router for several reasons:
1. If you want to connect more than 1 pc, youll need an external router.
2. If the line hiccups and the T/A is internal, Windows knows this and will
close any telnet sessions, etc... If the router is external, it will wait
for max timeout values to be reached.
3. You dont have to run special software on the terminal to operate the T/A.
4. T/A's are really for home and single users.
5. ISDN routers are easier to set up, some do NAT, most all can do on-demand
connections.
