Yes, but change 'is not always' to 'is almost never'. Which is why it
is not really worth mentioning. The times it works are very much the
exceptions, and rightfully so. I actually think that it working at all
is an error - you are placing a 56K DATA call and the telco is routing
it onto a VOICE trunk. They shouldn't do that - and most do not.
Which is why you need to make a 56K DOSBS call, since it looks like VOICE.
