Reset command? What do you mean by that?
After a session disconnects a PM should toggle DTR - that's it. It does
not send anything to the modem in the way of an AT command. The reset
signal is the DTR toggle - the modem should be configured to reset when DTR
drops. If DTR is not dropping, then something is off.
The only time the PM would send AT setting strings to a PM is if the modem
table is being used, and a modem is configured on the port, and then ONLY
following a reboot or an administrative reset of the port.
