If RADIUS sends back a *positive, non-zero* value for Idle-Timeout, then
it will override the port setting. If it does not, then the port setting
is used.
-----
However, I've noticed that user's that have "Idle-Timeout = 0" in their
radius entry are not timing out. For example:
D123 Password = "abc", NAS-Port-Type = Async
Port-Limit = 1,
Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-IP-Address = 156.46.88.41,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
Framed-Route = "156.46.88.41/32 156.46.88.41 1",
Idle-Timeout = 0,
Framed-MTU = 1500

Bug/feature? What is it really supposed to do? I think any Idle-Timeout
value should override a port's idle setting. I just want to know if this
is a bug that's being fixed in another version, or if this is really the
way it'll work.
