No, it does not. Idle-Timeout = 0 means use the portmaster's
value, which is likely unset, which means they would not time
out.

It is as MZ said - it will only override *if and only if* the
value is positive and not zero.

Note that as you set it on the port below, you set it on a port
already connected. I.e. that happens on the next port reset,
not for the current session.
