WHat do you mean by "Does not work"? Does only one channel connect or it
does not connect at all? What does his user profile look like? Is you PM3
using CT1 or PRI? Have you tried using the PPPSmart agent or the PPP
Debugger to try to debug his connection (Much easier then doing command line
debugs).
