Yep, did that, and it shows configured.

Did that too. Is there anything else I can add to this to make things work

Boy, did you have me confused here... Until I realized I wasn't clear in my
original. I ment the dip switches on the Modem.

Nope, forgot that. Done it now, and it seems to save the modem table.
However, the modems still don't :( When I check the S? it gives me "Framing
errors"
I've got an old USR 14.4 that works. I hook it up to S2 and log in as
Administrator to see what is happening on S1 where the new modem is hooked
up. Everything is identical on S1 and S2 except for the framing errors. If
I move the working modem to S1 and the new one to S2 I get identical
results, which leads me to believe that the problem is with the modem
somehow. It will answer the call, but not do anything. It just sits there.
Any ideas?
