(PM) (Euro-)ISDN signalling decoder

While tracking problems on our PM3, I have had to decode the D-channel
signaling a couple of times. Since this was very time-consuming, I did
write a perl tool to do it for me. It has been written to work for us,
that is for DSS1 (euro) signalling. If you think it coud be useful for
you, you may get it without cost or obligation at:
