(PM) Bogus session-timeout termination cause

In a pair of PM3s which do not have session limits set, we have one
DOSBS ISDN user. That user is getting termination causes of
"Session-Timeout". (There is also no session limit imposed by
RADIUS, and our non-ISDN users have no Session-Timeout terminations
at all.

Many of these are coming on one channel of a 2-channel connection,
right after a "Port-Error" termination on the other channel. But
some are really short sessions (eg 1 second; 3 seconds) paired with
longer "User-Request" sessions which end later.

Since we don't impose session limits, I was surprised to see these
lines in my daily report summarizing connections:

Session-Timeout: 10
...
Session-Timeout for <the one username>: 10

I'm also quite concerned by "Port-Error" terminations on DOSBS sessions.

CT-1 lines backhauled (over a congested route) from a DMS-100 (not
the switch on which the ISDN call originates, whose particulars I
don't know).

Not yet reported to Support...I wanted to get a response from others
here first.

Thanks for any insights!
