(PM) PM3 & Alcatel switches

Hi everybody,

Our telco uses Altacal switches to provide our PRAs.
We have big disconnects and try to find where is localed the problem.
According to engineer from Lucent, Alcatel, our telco etc... it seems
that the PM3/PM4 are incompatible with Alcatel switches?!

Any comments, experience?
