Nothing.

Modern SMPS are robust enough to take more than most people would expect.
For you American guy's the situation is even better. The PM can take more
than 200% overvoltage without getting outside spec's, and is designed to
take abuse the european style (2.4/4.8 Kv line to ground, 6 Kv spikes on
the mains supply, and anything between 100 and 240 v ac will do for power,
excluding the customary 10% tolerance.)

Apart from component-failure it would take a pretty decent direct
lightning-hit to do anything bad, and even very expensive surge-protectors
won't do any good with a direct hit.
