:Yowch....Lucent finished dead last in nearly every metric in that
:article. I'd be interested in Lucent's response to this, especially the
:91% call completion rate (which rings true...or no answer, I guess, with
:what our users are telling us).

I would consider this as one of my top requirements for purchasing a RAS.
