Help!! A user has to try 4-5 times to connect, but then gets a good =
connection. Here is the info from his modem responses:

This problem began at the time we upgraded to 3.8.2c2. I may lose this =
guy if we don't fix this. I told him to try the 3 commas after the =
phone number.

Any ideas?
