Name Server Problems?

My apologies for this slightly off topic post, but is anyone seeing
name server related problems at this point in time? (10-18 15:30GMT).
We've been seeing a variety of odd things, like a trickle in e-mail,
name servers that couldn't find us for quite awhile, etc. Even this
list has seemed to slow to a trickle.

Appreciate any feedback.....
