I've got a donzen or so Pm2's and have been working thru the
installation of the Max400x's I bought back in August.

A couple of obervations..
1) Ascend tech support is no better than Livingston's
2) The Max does *not* perform as advertised
3) Ascend software is Bug ladened
4) When it comes to 33.6 .. take your choice
a) run with rev 4.6b26 software.. This gives you a
stable OS, users can connect but only 28.8
or
b) run with 4.6c? .. Extremely unstable, but makes
some of the advertised options work.
(like 33.6 sometimes).. Only problem is, 30% of the
users cant connect.
5) 56K.. just wait..
6) Many questions exist regarding the Max's abilities to handle
the traffic under load..

BTW .. WHEN are the PM 3's shipping..
