I was just reading the PM3 FAQ on www.livingston.com and this
configuration is not supported. There are three scenarios with
two PRI lines

#1 23B+D 23B+D
#2 23B+D 24B
#3 23B+D 23B+ backup D
In #1 the "D" channel on each PRI handles only the B channels
on that PRI
In #2 the only D channel handles the B channels for both PRI
In #3 either D channel can handle B channels on both PRI. Typically
only the first D channel is used unless that PRI fails
Livingston only supports #1 at this time according to the FAQ.
