Well welcomce to to the gang
It seem effectively that since we install the 3.8.2 we are experiencing the
same situation

for those who think that it is a modem problem, our point of view is it
does'nt make sence

we are conducting a test with customer and there is no way to find a common
denominator

we have problem with Supra,Usrob,Rockwell, AcerOpen, action123,motorola
..... name it but not for all customer using these same modem.

we notice that the V90 in our area had increese the speed to our customer to
a max of 49-50k in our area, not to bad at all but the disconnect problem
increased by about 50%

here is our equipment

telco is supplied by Bell Canada thrue a fiber optic connection in a dms 100
(OC3)
right in our office ,10 feet from our livingston
the lost in transmission from our office to the telco central is only 1db

we are running on 100mg network card on our servers
we are using 3com and switches and hubs

we are constently updating modem drivers any customer that complain on
deconnection witch help a bit.

WE ARE THINKING OF BUYING SOMMETHING ELSE FOR OUR NEXT TERMINAL SERVER
:-((((((

LIVINGSTON ! WE NEED HELP

There must be a reason for all that
Before with 56KFlex we did'nt have all these problems
please do something....
